Refund policy

All returns/exchanges are for Rose And Aster store credit ONLY.  

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery date or your item will not be refunded. All returns must be scanned in to the mail carrier within 5 days of receiving your return label. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without the original tags, markings, damages, or any sign of wearing. Your refund will be through store credit with shipping cost deducted. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
